Beyond Tucson

I moved from Wisconsin to Tucson in May 2022 to be closer to my daughter and her family in Alpine, TX.  It's a day trip both ways from Tucson to Alpine on Amtrak's Sunset Limited/Texas Eagle, which was a compelling reason to move here.  But I am not that happy here for a number of reasons. I'd rather live in a smaller community provided it has excellent medical care and with a majority of the residents well-educated, intellectually curious, and politically progressive.  A tall order, I know.

That said, I would be open to moving (if I can afford it) to a smaller community that might better appreciate these courses I offer.  If you live in such a community, please contact me as I am open to teaching any of these courses outside of Tucson during a short residency.
